I’ve been using frozen costco chicken breast for chicken parm. Comes out quite good I’d say! Would be nice to support local restaurants but I don’t have any of those anyways. Having to drive 30 minutes to anything other than Neptune’s net is difficult to define as local lol. I havent eaten at a restaurant since February, strange but definitely saves me money!
